- Responsibilities _
- Provide full administrative support
- Assist in daytoday office operations.
- Welcoming and directing visitors.
- Maintain documentation and filing system
- Organizing and keying in data for client/company orders
- Assist to stock in items & manage the storeroom tidiness
- Prepare and process orders (Purchase order) within timeframe
- Coordinating with local and overseas supplier on shipment and deliveries
- Support and liaise with forwarder for incoming and outgoing shipment
- Monitor and expedite for timely delivery of products
- Arrange shipments and prepare relevant documents (issue Delivery order, Invoice)
- Liaise with internal and external courier
- Requirements _
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Able to multitask and well organized
Required language: English:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Knowledge of Microsoft NAV will be added advantage
