  • Responsibilities _
  • Provide full administrative support
  • Assist in daytoday office operations.
  • Welcoming and directing visitors.
  • Maintain documentation and filing system
  • Organizing and keying in data for client/company orders
  • Assist to stock in items & manage the storeroom tidiness
  • Prepare and process orders (Purchase order) within timeframe
  • Coordinating with local and overseas supplier on shipment and deliveries
  • Support and liaise with forwarder for incoming and outgoing shipment
  • Monitor and expedite for timely delivery of products
  • Arrange shipments and prepare relevant documents (issue Delivery order, Invoice)
  • Liaise with internal and external courier
  • Requirements _
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Able to multitask and well organized

Required language: English:


  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft NAV will be added advantage
