As a Marketing Executive, your primary focus will involve supporting the business in various marketing initiatives to promote our range of products and boost brand visibility on our ecommerce platform.
Collaborate closely with Sales Department Heads to cater to both B2B and B2C customers, while working alongside our Marketing Executive to ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the online business plan and devise innovative marketing strategies covering ideation, planning, implementation, administration, measurement, and optimization processes to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, measuring them against predefined goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify new market segments and commercial opportunities, proposing strategies for realization.
Manage the CRM platform for sales opportunities and leads; Conduct market research, gather trade insights, and analyze competitors' online strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages, design marketing materials, and enhance system features to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Apply UI/UX skills across all sales stages (pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales) to ensure a seamless and satisfactory purchasing journey on the website.
Explore marketing partnership opportunities to engage stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and external parties to raise awareness and drive engagement.
Undertake additional marketing tasks as assigned.

COMPETENCIES:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, or equivalent demonstrated experience in the field.
At least 12 years of marketing experience, with recent graduates also welcome.
Familiarity with IT and Computing Trends is a plus.
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to build successful relationships with a diverse range of individuals, both internally and externally.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is advantageous.
