Description

Responsibilities:


  • Verifications of customer's / banker's signatures
  • Checking of teller transactions
  • Transaction overriding
  • Manage queue waiting time
  • Problem solving and handling of customer feedback and complaint
  • Preparation and checking of reports
  • Reporting of suspicious transaction
  • Ensuring that operational procedures are carried out and adhered to regulations/rules set
  • Supervision / counselling of staff
  • Training of staff in job knowledge

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder and above
  • At least 3 years working experience in a retail branch
  • Selfmotivated with strong customer service orientation
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with Chinesespeaking customers
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Able to work on Saturdays (full day)
