    Description

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    . Liaise with Business Units (BU) to gather manpower & overtime (OT) data and ensure timely updates

    . Manage daily manpower planning in Excel sheets and update manpower loading and OT applications as required

    . Assist in prepare the service reports, and dimension reports according to customer specifications

    . Follow up on work-site / yard entry requirements, such as DDO to facilitate smooth operations

    . Oversee administrative tasks related to store management

    . Maintain organized records of store transactions, receipts, and inventory levels.

    . Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of store supplies and equipment.

    . Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

    Requirement:

    . Possess Diploma in any field

    . Experience in planning and schedule management

    . Entry level candidate are welcome to apply
