What the role is

  • You will be part of the HR Family and a member of the Employee Engagement & Employer Branding team.

Mirroring URA's mission "To make Singapore a great city to live, work and play", you play a key role to make URA a great workplace with great workforce.

You will influence our work culture by building on our Unlearn, Reinvent, Achieve, Service, Passion, Integrity, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork values.

Beyond employee engagement efforts, you will also spearhead employer branding efforts to promote URA as an Employer of Choice.

You will creatively experiment with new ideas, employing different mediums to showcase the URA branding and build a strong talent pipeline for URA.

What you will be working on

  • Employee Engagement
  • Develop the Employee Value Proposition for the entire employee life cycle
  • Provide support to the Employee Wellness Programme and Employee Benefits Programme
  • Plan and manage staff events of varying scales interministry, organisation, Group and Department levels
Employer Branding

  • Research, conceptualise, execute and evaluate our employer branding initiatives
  • Coordinate on outreach campaigns, as well as produce collaterals and multimedia content eDMs and videos
  • Carry out engagement activities at various outreach platforms to establish a talent pipeline for URA, e.g. partnering with education institutions

What we are looking for

  • Prior experience in organising mediumscale events and developing marketing content
  • Keen interest to influence and make a difference
  • Resourceful selfstarter and creative
  • Able to write, speak and present well
  • Good time management skills, meticulous and able to multitask
  • A team player who is also able to work independently
Good-to-have skills/experience

  • Familiar with the use of design tools, e.g. Canva and Animaker, as well as video filming and editing
  • Have prior experience in campus recruitment
  • Familiar with public service procurement processes
