    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities

    • Keep abreast of regulatory developments (including MAS) and provide timely dissemination of regulatory updates to ensure business units and relevant departments are aware of latest updates
    • Manages DNC and DNM list, and other activities in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2012 requirement.
    • Supports card compliance and security including operational matters with business (i.e., DCI, VISA, MASTERCARD, UPI)
    • Provide timely and accurate regulatory advisory to the relevant stakeholders to ensure that the company complies with applicable regulations
    • Continuous review and maintenance of the regulatory obligation register and controls to address new regulatory requirements.
    • Supporting AML investigations in accordance with the established processes for internal and regulatory purposes
    • Liaise with auditors on information requests and draft responses for observations if any
    • Conduct CDD onboarding documentation checks and escalate complex cases.
    • Assist in preparing for and responding to routine reviews/audits and maintain compliance review files to include follow-up of all items required by regulators for audit purposes
    • Ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

    Job Requirement

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory and compliance roles in Fintech or Banking space
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Audit, Finance, Legal or equivalent work experience.
    • Knowledge of Payment, Card Issuance and/or Fintech, prior experience in regulatory reporting and data analytics is preferred.
    • Have critical thinking, able to work proactively and independently in a dynamic regulatory working environment.
    • Good time management skill, ability to work with deadlines.
    • Fluent verbal and written communication
    • Strong team player with interpersonal, analytical skills and attention to details.
