Job Descriptions:
- Assist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions
- Responsible for the general employee processes such as hiring, recruiting, and termination management.
- Maintain proper records of employee profiles, attendance, and leaves.
- Assist the managers with the assessment & feedback on employee job performance.
- Assist in supervising and implementing the company's HR processes & policies.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training sessions for new employees.
- Assisting with the employment contract renewal process including organizing contract signing and followup.
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HRrelated matters
- Undertake any adhoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in human resources.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & selfmotivation to get tasks done independently
- Experience and efficiency in resolving people's problems.
