Description
We are looking for a skilled software professional to join our software service delivery team.

The Service Delivery Engineer acts as the primary technical and implementation interface to the customer and third parties to perform product deployment and support.

In this role, you will be participating in the implementation and support of our software products.


The Service Delivery Engineer is an all rounded technical professional who have deep understanding of the products and current technologies.

He is able to work well with customers and manage the implementation timeline and scopes.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyse and understand project deployment requirements
  • Performing requirement gathering with customer on product configuration
  • Working with project manager to facilitate the product implementation
  • Perform Product installation, setup & testing
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting for issue escalation
  • Provide standby, operational support and monitoring for postimplementation

Requirements:


  • Experience in Software and Internet Protocol
  • Experience in Networking and WiFi technology
  • Excellent troubleshooting and logical thinking skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills both in writing & verbal.
  • Independent worker with passion in learning.
  • Positive working attitude & good team player
  • Able to do after office hour jobs occasionally
