Executive Assistant - Singapore - RTG BUSINESS CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD.
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides high level administrative support to partner including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, processing reimbursements and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations and other materials as requested.
- Draft, review, and proofread correspondence and other documents for the partner.
- Manage projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion.
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years' similar or relevant positions
- Solid experience with office management systems and MS Office.
- Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems.
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
- Good time management & ability to prioritize duties.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives, clients, and other highlevel stakeholders.
- Good teamwork, good EQ, resourcefulness, problem solving mindset.
- Knowledge of Chinese language a plus.
