Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provides high level administrative support to partner including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, processing reimbursements and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations and other materials as requested.
  • Draft, review, and proofread correspondence and other documents for the partner.
  • Manage projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion.
  • Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum 5 years' similar or relevant positions
  • Solid experience with office management systems and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems.
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
  • Good time management & ability to prioritize duties.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives, clients, and other highlevel stakeholders.
  • Good teamwork, good EQ, resourcefulness, problem solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of Chinese language a plus.
