The ISEAS - Yusof Ishak Institute is a leading research centre dedicated to the study of socio-political, security and economic trends and developments in Southeast Asia and its wider geostrategic and economic development.

Executive, IT Procurement & Administration (Contract)


The Executive, IT Procurement & Administration is to act as the IT Procurement Officer and Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the IT Division ensuring the efficient management of IT procurement, payments, and various ad hoc tasks.

[What you will be working on]

Principal Responsibilities


IT Procurement Support:

  • Draft and prepare IT procurement documents.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational procurement policies and governmental ICT regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the procurement team to process the procurement documents.

Payment Processing**:

  • Assist in processing payments for ITrelated purchases and services.
  • Ensure all payment documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Liaise with the finance department to resolve any paymentrelated issues.

Contract Management:

  • Support the management and administration of IT contracts.
  • Maintain uptodate records of all IT contracts and agreements.
  • Assist in renewing or terminating contracts as needed.

Document Management:

  • Obtain and organize relevant documents for IT reviews and audits.
  • Ensure all IT documentation is properly filed and accessible.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the IT Division
[What we are looking for]


Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional working experience, preferably in a public sector environment.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, proactive attitude with mínimal supervision, and keen attention to details.
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective written communication.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
  • Proficiency in engaging with teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant knowledge in IT procurement and IT contracts would be advantageous
