Research Officer, Regional Strategic & Political Studies (2-Year Contract)

[What you will be working on]:

Responsibilities:

The Research Officer is required to assist in research projects and activities for the Regional Strategic and Political Studies (RSPS) Programme which focuses on Southeast Asia's relations with the major powers and geopolitics in the Indo-Pacific.

Assist the Coordinator and research fellows in their research work, including data compilation
Provide editorial support for publications under RSPS's purview
Provide administrative support in organising workshops and other activities under RSPS, including writing summary reports

[What we are looking for]:

Requirements:

BA/MA in International Relations, Political Science, Southeast Asian Studies, Government or Public Policy; or a related discipline
Good communication and writing skills in English
Knowledge of data analysis tools will be a favourable consideration.
