Contract Period:
From 02 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec Subject to extension)

**Working Hours:

During Morning Shift:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 6.00am to 3:30 pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
  • Friday: 6.00am to 3:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break

During Afternoon Shift:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 9.30am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
  • Friday: 10.00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
The rotating shift schedule will be on weekly basis.


Job Scope:

  • Opening and closing of school premises
  • Maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and workplace
  • Providing logístical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging of furniture and equipment
  • Simple administrative and office work
  • Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualification:

  • At least 3 years of similar working experience as operations support staff
  • Preferably to have worked in a similar work environment
  • Medically fit
  • Good team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
