Description
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer Technical product enquiries and ensure correct product specification.
Involved and support current projects and provide solution
To customer Toolings requirement.
Provide Technical Support to customer's production, Engineering & maintenance department.
Quality checking and Control on product received to ensure conform to customer product specification.
Communicate well with suppliers for correct product technical
Specifications, productivity & Quality related issues.
Provide Sales & Technical support to Asia customers.
Requirements :
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/EEE/
Engineering.
Experience in Manufacturing/Industrial/Production Engineering.
Fluent in EXCEL spreadsheet and computer software program
Good communications skills and customer service mindset.
Independent, Responsible, Self Starter and Result Driven.
Job Information
