We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cashier to join our newly opened Spa/F&B establishment located at Outram Road, Singapore.

If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and are adept at handling transactions accurately and efficiently, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of our team.

Position:
Cashier

Working Hours:
Shift work - Shift 1: 11 am to 9 pm, Shift 2: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm
Working Days: 6 days per week, including weekends

Location:
Outram/Tiong Bahru, Singapore

Salary Range:
SGD 2000 to SGD 2800 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
Strong numerical and math skills with attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling transactions
Ability to handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
Basic knowledge of computer systems and familiarity with POS software
Integrity and trustworthiness in handling cash and sensitive information
Wellgroomed appearance and professional demeanor
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide prompt and courteous service
Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments in accordance with established procedures
Ensure correct pricing and monitor inventory levels for efficient stock management
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences
Adhere to all cash handling and security procedures
