Responsibilities:

Develop customized data extraction and analysis pipelines based on specific client requirements and use cases
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (engineering, product, sales) to understand client needs and translate them into effective workflow solutions
Continuously optimize and refine the Zapier + ChatGPT integration to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and robustness of the developed workflows
Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition and capabilities of the integrated solution
Provide training and support to clients on the effective utilization of the Zapier + ChatGPT system
Stay uptodate with the latest developments in workflow automation, natural language processing, and generative AI technologies

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Zapier and experience in building complex, multistep workflows
Familiarity with ChatGPT or other natural language processing models and their integration capabilities
Solid understanding of data extraction, parsing, and analysis techniques
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise explanations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in conducting product demonstrations and clientfacing interactions
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management practices

Qualifications:

Experience in the financial services, investment management, or related industries
Knowledge of workflow customization and automation
