Mon-Fri : 12 am to 9 pm/ 1 pm to 10 pm

Alternate Saturday: 8.30 am to 12.30 pm

Working Location:
Changi Cargo Complex

The incumbent will be working as an Air Export Executive. S/he will process/execute documentation required for Air shipments and liaise with carriers / co-loaders for air space.

Job responsibilities:

Liaise with a trucker for pickup/collection from customer/supplier
Book space with carriers / coloaders for airspace
Work with carriers / coloaders for adhoc rates
Ensure cost from carriers / coloaders is not above customer sell rates
Execute/prepare documentation (Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, COO, etc.)
Cargo labeling
Arrange for packing and/or fumigation if required
Enter cost and revenue in the Kewill system Link customer EDI (if required) in the Kewill system
Update customer with flight details and POD for DoortoDoor shipments
Post-Kewill system prealert to respective destination stations
Followup with destinations stations for POD for DoortoDoor shipments
Update mandatory milestones in Kewill track and trace
At times will require to lift/shift cartons for cargo labeling
View physical cargo to determine if any repacking is required
At times will require to travel to a customer location or work in another location
Followup with carriers / coloaders for any offloading

Requirements:

Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Air freight forwarding operations
Good working experience in air cargo clearance permit declarations
DG Certification would be an added advantage
Meticulous, organized, and willing to put the extra effort for tasks completion
Independent with a keen sense for learning and adopting new skills
Good team player with a good sense of urgency
Good communication skills (to communicate with internal and external stakeholders)
