Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daytoday operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization including of Coliving properties.
Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
Allocate resources effectively to support operational activities and meet organizational targets.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance for management review and decisionmaking.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing operations.
Dealing with tenant issues and complaints to find resolutions that work for everyone.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and costeffective property maintenance and improvement.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
Develop and manage the operational budget for coliving properties.
Developing and deploying new SOPs to ensure consistency of quality and performance standards.
Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards.
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement streamlined processes.
Conduct regular property inspections to assess and improve overall functionality. Having excellent project management skills

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation.
