    Contract Period: 3 August 2024 to 2 August 2026

    Option to Extend

    Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5 hour lunch break

    Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 0.5 hour lunch break

    Location: Accessible via Marsiling MRT

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle front-desk administration duties.
    • Manage incoming calls and enquiries, providing prompt and helpful responses.
    • Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders including parents, students, staff, and the public.
    • Oversee the Sick Bay, attending to medical needs of students and staff.
    • Provide administrative and logistical support for school operations, functions, and events.
    • Perform data entry, maintain records, and manage lost & found items.
    • Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the department or school.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of administration experience, preferably in a school setting.
    • Proficient in using email and Microsoft Word basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
