Duration of Service

Contract Period:
From 20 June 2023 to 19 June 2024 (option to extend)


Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

  • Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Fridays: 9.00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1⁄2 hr lunch break (working hrs 7 hrs x 4=28 hrs)
  • Thursdays: 11.00am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 1⁄2 hr lunch break (working hrs 7 hrs)
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services

The Services required are set out as follows:
(b) Maintain & update data records e.g. student ezlink top-up;
(d) Compile statistics e.g. CLASS reports;
(e) Assist in filing and typing of documents;
(f) Assist in student's arreas management;
(g) Handle phone calls and walk-in enquiries at reception counter;
(h) Assist in ordering of refreshment, prepare workshop venues, signages, etc;
(i) Assist school staff in printing reports, read monthly utilities meter reading, etc;

(j) Keep track of stocks of school handbook and school magazine;
(k) Manage invitation cards and RSVP for school events;
(l) Distribute leaving certificates and testimonials;
(m) Assist Operation Manager in door access card management system;
(n) Support the Administration Manager, Operation Manager and ICT Manager in ad-hoc admin duties

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor's Personnel

  • GCE 'O' Level or its equivalent
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Good team player with high level of initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • At least 5 years in School administration
  • Familiar with at least 4 school/MOE based computer/ online systems
