Customer Service and Admin Coordinator - Singapore - PHARM-D SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED
Description
Liaise with customers and sales on request for quotes (RFQs) and quotation requirements.- Prepare quotations, ensuring compliance to company procedures.
- Assist sales in turning quotations into active orders. Asssit in Office Admin
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to customer by understanding customer 's needs
- Provide timely, accurate and appropriate information and assistance to address customer 's enquiries
- Coordinate and liaise with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved
- Perform wide variety of administration duties including office registration, filing documents as required, ordering stationery and office supplies
- Office management support
- Coordination of various internal events Other adhoc administrative support as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum N level in any discipline. (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
- Preferably 1 to 2 years' experience in healthcare industry
- Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt to fast pace working environment
- Able to multitask and work under a stressful environment
- Passionate about customer service and has a customercentric mindset
- Work Station: Bukit Merah
