Description
Liaise with customers and sales on request for quotes (RFQs) and quotation requirements.

  • Prepare quotations, ensuring compliance to company procedures.
  • Assist sales in turning quotations into active orders. Asssit in Office Admin

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver excellent customer service to customer by understanding customer 's needs
  • Provide timely, accurate and appropriate information and assistance to address customer 's enquiries
  • Coordinate and liaise with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved
  • Perform wide variety of administration duties including office registration, filing documents as required, ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Office management support
  • Coordination of various internal events Other adhoc administrative support as required

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum N level in any discipline. (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years' experience in healthcare industry
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to adapt to fast pace working environment
  • Able to multitask and work under a stressful environment
  • Passionate about customer service and has a customercentric mindset
  • Work Station: Bukit Merah
