Description
Upload permit approval to OneDrive & our ERP system- Key in RMP Programme in Google Form & filling hard copy from customer
- Prepare quotation in our ERP system
- Quotation information searching & translate
- Draft in Ariba and Sesami (before dateline)
- Download GPO & update master file in OneDrive (every Friday)
- Documentation control invoice copy filling
Job Requirements:
- Strong Attention to Details
- Fast learner for our ERP system
- Has a resourceful and positive attitude
- Preferably some experience in Customer Service
- It will be a 5 months fulltime contract based, from 9am to 6pm on weekdays only (with lunch breaks provided). May consider extending or promoting the employee to a full time permanent staff, depending on the work performance.
