Job Description_

Handle sales enquiry
Understand clients' needs and wants and translate it into innovative & creative conceptual design
Present 3D perspective drawings to clien500t, and pitch the complete design decisions
Provide Quotation
To Work closely with internal or outsourced drafters and 3D designers
Schedule and strategise project timeline effectively and promptly
Manage and coordinate with subcontractors & vendors
Conduct onsite inspection to ensure quality workmanship are achieved.

Requirements:_

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Initiative and proactive in learning
Able to work independently and in teams
Proficient in Illustration, AutoCAD or sketchup is preferred but not compulsory
