Description

Responsibilities:


  • Understand project requirements and concepts and liaise with team members on the project details.
  • Provide space planning, design conceptualization, color scheme, mood board and materials specification based on client requirements.
  • Prepare 3D Drawing Using AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and V-Ray Etc.
  • Prepare Detailed Drawings eg M&E plans, detailed carpentry drawings.
  • Complete project assignments within stipulated time. Counter check all drawings before submission

Requirements:


  • Proficient in 3D Max and CAD software (knowledge in Sketch up and Photoshop will be an added advantage).
  • Diploma / Bachelors' Degree in Interior Design or ID Architecture.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in related field
  • Passionate in Design and responsible for the projects on hand.
  • Possess clear understanding of the carpentry details & specifications and M&E drawings.
  • Positive and able to work independently.
  • Team player.
