Key Responsibilities:

Business Performance and Management

  • To evaluate customers' needs and provide solutions in the areas of wealth protection and accumulation, retirement planning, estate preservation and endowment planning.
  • Design and recommend wealth solution to meet the objectives of the customers
  • Take initiative to plan and organize daily schedule for various sales generating activities
  • Conduct daily calls to the customers in their portfolio base to arrange for appointments and to offer assistance to them.
  • To regularly update their clients on their holdings and investment performance.
  • Achieve monthly sales target for various banking products with consistency
  • Fulfill training requirements which are set by the organization
Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Group Policy and Standards and procedures of the Bank.
  • Ensure sales process is met and follow throughout and maintain BSC grading of A/B
  • Ensure proper screening and gathering of customer information to satisfy KYC procedure.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • M5, M6, M6A, M8, M9, M8A, M9A, M1B, HI
  • Minimum 3 years of Wealth sales experience
