Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.
Project Delivery Singapore, is expanding and evolving to offer our services for the growing Asian market through a global talent pool.
Overview / Responsibilities:
- P & L responsibility with associated commercial and financial accountability including revenue delivery, margin, variation management with a view of risk and opportunity, and cash collection
- Prepare a Project Execution Plan and steward it throughout the project meeting both the internal and external stakeholders expectations. Provide execution assurance in the various review platforms.
- Responsible for the project HSSE and QA leadership promoting a continuous improvement mindset across the team
- Uphold Value creation through developing opportunities for innovation, such as digitalisation and technology use, work share with high value engineering centres
- Ensures competence of a multidiscipline project team members to carry out assigned work.
Leadership:
- Is a champion and role model for ethical behaviour and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Steward Project Execution effectively considering the Corporate Policies and Procedure framework
- Coaches, mentors and empowers others to make decisions within established parameters.
Skills / Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Associate in Project Management (APM) or equivalent certification is preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of pertinent Project Management experience in Pharmaceutical, Bio Pharma, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Chemical projects with international or local Clients on various project phases such as Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction and Commissioning.
- Added advantage from hands on knowledge and experience with GMP, GDP, Validation, Installation qualification and Operational qualification.
