About the role
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Initiate, develop and manage client relationships to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions. (Greenfield setup where you get to define your territory.)
- Responsible for initiating the company towards further expansion; exploring new business areas and markets for existing solutions.
- Participate in networking events and assignments as well as keeping abreast of industry developments.
- Compliant to company policies and data protection guidelines.
Skills and competencies:
- Degree holder (Anyone with specialised degree will be a plus)
- 8 years of professional experience within the executive search and recruitment industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop new accounts and revenue streams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to share market insights, best practices and enhance overall team performance.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.
- Advantageous to have an additional Asian language as you will be dealing with clients across Asia i.e. China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand etc.
- Possess a proactive and positive mindset.
