About the role

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Initiate, develop and manage client relationships to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions. (Greenfield setup where you get to define your territory.)
  • Responsible for initiating the company towards further expansion; exploring new business areas and markets for existing solutions.
  • Participate in networking events and assignments as well as keeping abreast of industry developments.
  • Compliant to company policies and data protection guidelines.

Skills and competencies:

  • Degree holder (Anyone with specialised degree will be a plus)
  • 8 years of professional experience within the executive search and recruitment industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop new accounts and revenue streams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to share market insights, best practices and enhance overall team performance.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.
  • Advantageous to have an additional Asian language as you will be dealing with clients across Asia i.e. China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand etc.
  • Possess a proactive and positive mindset.
