    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking a highly organized and dedicated Personal Assistant to support our management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient management of the CEO's daily activities and the effective operation of our executive office.

    Job Description:

    As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be the linchpin of support for the CEO, enabling them to focus on critical strategic issues. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a high level of discretion and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Provide gatekeeper and gateway role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
    • Coordinate project timelines and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key milestones are met.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
    • Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents designed for internal or external distribution.
    • Assist in the preparation and organization of board meetings and executive sessions.
    • Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
    • Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior-level meetings between stakeholders.
    • Perform ad hoc projects/tasks that help leverage the CEO's time effectively.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex and highly confidential situations.
    • Experience managing multiple priorities and navigating in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience working directly for C-level executives.
