    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Position: Administrative Assistant - Warehouse Operations

    Location: Pioneer

    Working Days: 5.5 Days

    Working Hours (Rotational Shifts):

    • Shift 1: Mon - Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
    • Shift 2: Mon - Fri, 11:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
    • Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. (Alternative)

    Remuneration Package: Basic Salary up to $2500 + AWS (13th Month Bonus) + Variable Bonus

    Responsibilities:

    1. Accurately input warehouse data into the system.
    2. Maintain up-to-date records in the system.
    3. Coordinate with customers for shipments.
    4. Assist in inventory checks.
    5. Maintain proper filing of documents.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a warehouse setting.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
    • Only Singaporean.
