POSTED DATE February 14, 202- Connexus are thrilled to be partnering with a market-leading multinational fashion retail brand on a newly created Customer Logistics Director to head up all Customer Service, Order Management & Fulfilment Operations across Asia. This business has gone through incredbile growth in the past few years, and has ambitious growth plans in Asia.

Responsiblities:
Lead all Customer Service & Fulfilment operations across all of Asia
Develop and lead bestpractice in the region for logistics operations, working closely with US stakeholders
Develop reporting & dashboards to report on customer operations performance
Identify opportunities for improvement across the region, with autonomy to make changes as needed across brick & mortar, eCommerce & wholesale distribution 7+ years in B2B operations, ideally in a retail/wholesale environment
Strong understanding of B2B Customer Service, Logistics Operations and Fulfilment across Asia
Excellent management experience, able to lead large teams and manage performance
Highly datadriven and analytical
Able to work autonomously, with a line manager in the US, and solve problems for themselves and the team.
