  • This is a newly created role that will be responsible for leading and developing the marketing strategies for the company across multiple countries in the region.
    Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple countries in the region
  • Manage and lead a team of direct reports across the region
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
  • Communicate regularly with executive team to ensure alignment on goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in retail industry
  • 34 years of regional marketing experience
  • Experience working in matrix organizations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make datadriven decisions
  • Ability to manage a team remotely
  • Passion for delivering results in a fastpaced environment
