- You will collaborate within a team to acquire new accounts and support existing customers in OTC swaps/derivatives products from various multinational trading entities, banks, prominent oil companies, proprietary traders, and hedge funds;
- Deliver prompt broking services, receiving and executing orders for clients;
- Engage with traders and manage negotiations between the involved parties (sellers and buyers);
- Enhance the Company's visibility and reputation in the market through effective communication and awareness-building efforts;
- Undertake market research, monitor market trends, stay updated on financial news, analyze and interpret oil and gas trade patterns within the market/industry;
- Build and manage a network of customer contacts, keeping their information up-to-date;
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships through regular meetings and networking activities to foster business growth;
- Coordinate and facilitate trades, enter transactions into clearing exchanges such as ICE, CME & SGX, and ensure timely compliance with exchange regulations and protocols;
- Enroll new clients following the correct procedures with administrative personnel to maintain proper KYC and documentation for billing, recording, and collection purposes.
- Proficiency in Commodity Markets and Trading.
- Expertise in Commodity Risk Management and Hedging.
- Competence in Brokerage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English with an additional advantage if proficient in multiple languages (European or Asian) to engage with overseas clients from these regions.
