You will be part of our dynamic team who supports our Integrated Logistics functions in Kuehne Nagel Singapore.

Your Role :Integrated Logistics Excellence Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing process improvement initiatives throughout the department. This includes identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing new processes, and continuously monitoring and optimizing logistics operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The individual in this role will work closely with other departments such as procurement, production, and sales to drive process excellence throughout the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Lead and manage the logistics function to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to customers
Continuously monitor and optimize logistics operations to drive process excellence and operational efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to drive process excellence throughout the organization
Provide training and support to logistics and other teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes
Monitor and report on key metrics to measure the success of logistics operations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics operations
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and services

Your Skills and Experiences:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering or a related field
Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on process excellence
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and project management skills
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
Experience with logistics software and technology is a plus
Experience in leading teams or projects is a plus
