- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the clinics, including managing Business Call Centre (BCC) operation, supervising staff, and handling frontline operations.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.
- Overseeing the financial performance of the clinic, including setting budgets, tracking expenses, and analyzing financial data to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
- Ensuring that the clinic is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment for staff and customers.
- Collaborating with the medical team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Operation or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' demonstrated experience in business development and marketing strategy.
- Proven leadership skills for team supervision, adhering to SOPs, and guiding HR in talent recruitment and development.
- Experience in utilizing IT apps to enable business process and generate data analytics reports
- Demonstrated maturity, integrity, results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Superior organizational and time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities.
- Able to grasp the big picture yet maintain high attention to relevant detail and accuracy
- Able to learn fast, work systematically, Au Fait with the use of apps and IT systems to facilitate work.
- Able to assist the director to conduct weekly meetings or daily briefings to track progress of a team or a project as assigned by the director.
