Graduate degree from an accredited university - 3 years of relevant work experience in a procurement organization

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Independently and cross-functionally deliver on projects/goals
Manage assigned supplier onboarding and qualification processes
Manage assigned tender events, and related followon contract generation supporting the Procurement Category Manager.
Manage post contract metrics and audit process for work awarded.
Identify dashboard requirements for metrics reporting and identify opportunities for process improvement and develop training documentation
Monitor and manage purchase requisition process using information provided by business owners and suppliers.

Singapore, SGP

Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or Finance - Knowledge of software tools used in procurement, demonstrated success in a metrics-oriented environment and an ability to create, track, analyze and report out on metrics - Experience as procurement/purchasing analyst, or other operational role within a procurement organization - Meets/Exceeds functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
