Account Admin Assistant - Singapore - GREEN OLIVE GROUP PTE. LTD.
Description
Prepare AP invoice and process payment (GIRO ,TT) to supplier / vendors.- Posting of accounts payable transaction / records in accounting system.
- Reconciliation of accounts payable to vendor's statements.
- Prepare payment voucher and managing journal entries.
- Liaising with external parties such as the corporate secretary & Tax Agent.
- Verify external tax agent prepared ECI and corporate income tax return.
- Process staff reimbursements, including checking of submissions.
- Handle audit queries and provide information a required by external auditors.
- Other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or LCCI in Accounting at least 1 years' experience in business administration.
Knowledge in ERP/ accounting system.
Dedicated, meticulous and a team player Proficient in
Microsoft Window:
Excel, Word.
Able to work in the West.
Mon - Fri (9am -6pm)
