HR Executive / Assistant to be part of the Group HR Team.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions which includes recruitment, employee relations, leave, attendance, and admin.
- Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
- Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR letters.
- Liaise with vendors on dormitory issues.
- To support administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
- Participate in corporate projects and help organise staff events.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors.
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 12 years of related working experience.
- Meticulous, organized and highly dependable.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
