Business Support Officer - Credit Card
- 12 months contract
- Office location: East
The Client

The Opportunity
- Facilitates screening requirements of portfolios, including preparation of MIS and compliance of SLA
- Coordinate MCA testing, review MCA test results and highlight business issues, if any.
- Review of documents for submission to AO, for example, add on forms, credit limit increase etc
- Fulfill manual tasks, for example, rebate calculation and fulfillment, statement regeneration etc.
- Support notifications (letters) to customers for Annual Reviews and the company's Screening.
- Assist with Early Warning and Due Diligence actions.
- Manage ESMS queue to ensure timeliness of customer issues resolutions.
- Manage letters and instructions from customers, monitor timely execution of instructions, ensure customer experience is within set standards.
- Assist onboarding process for new hires and exit process for resigned staff.
- Manage & monitor unit expenses & stationery
Your Background
- Degree in Business Management; Banking or Finance or equivalent.
- Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience.
