HR & Admin Manager - Singapore - RevUp Consulting
Description
One of the established local healthcare provider is looking for HR & Admin Manager, which will make a significant impact to their organization proficiency and employee experience.
You will be expected to:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the business goals.
- Manage the full employement life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and retention programs.
- Develop strategies for operational model transformation and work redesign.
- Oversee office space, logistics, procurement, and meal supplies.
You are expected to bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Businessrelated field
- About 8 years of generalist HR & Admin or HR Business Partner experience, prior team lead experience is an advantage
- Indepth knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organizational policies, processes, and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders and build a strong rapport with key business stakeholders.
Pay:
Up to $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
