Because of internal promotion, and as part of their expansion, they are looking for a Managing Director for South East Asia, based in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Emerging Asia.

This person will be an agent of change, driving business growth, culture diversity and leading by example within the global leadership team.

As a Managing Director, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Driving the business performance for 14 countries
Analyzing and driving opportunities to grow the brand and gain market share in SEA with strong implementation strategic plans across 18 distributors
Fully hands on the P&L across different countries
Managing short and long term business goals with leadership direction
Working closely with different stakeholders locally, regionally and globally to implement a consistent and efficient go to market strategy
Leading by example and being part of global leadership decision making process to increase the brand market share and concurrently continuing having an ambitious, cohesive and diverse culture

The successful applicant must have

A degree in business and ideally an MBA
12 to 16 years of working experience including minimum 3 covering South East Asia markets
Many years of exposure in working for top leading MNCs in alcohol or consumer goods industry in a matrix culture
Strong track record of growing a brand to gain more market share and driving a very heavy P&L in a fast moving industry
A passion and knowhow to drive diversity and working with multiple cultures
A creative mindset and a passion to drive initiatives in order to be an agent of change
Strong communication and EQ skills to work and challenge teams from commercial, marketing, supply chain, finance, legal across SEA.
