    Are you our new colleague?


As our new Sales Admin, you will be working out of head office in Singapore and you will be referring to our Regional Sales Manager and Chief Commercial Officer.


Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Facilitating the meticulous upkeep of the CRM system to guarantee precise and efficient data entries.
  • Proficiently handling reports within KPI.
  • Assisting the commercial team on facilitating data extraction, comprehensive tabulation, and engaging in various ad hoc tasks with zeal and expertise.
  • Facilitating the issuance of invoices.
  • Job monitoring and strategic planning.
  • Provide support to the global team when conducting comprehensive market analyses on customer behavior and trends.

We particularly expect that you are:

  • Self-driven and able to plan own time.
  • An allround team player who takes pride in understanding all aspects of the role.
  • Ambitious to find the best possible solutions.
  • The ability to work across cultural barriers.
  • An excellent communicator with a good sense of building relationships.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office package.
