Associate (Admin)
Responsibilities:
- Perform central repository of official letters and correspondences by filing of documents and maintenance of records for easy retrieval and accurate documentation to facilitate
- Prepare Management Papers, Memos and Minutes of meeting/Matters Arising
- Prepare Global forum speaking presentation slides and notes.
- Followup and coordination of tasks with internal and external stakeholders
- Keeping track of stationery inventory
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
- Diploma in Business Administration or related studies with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of office management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
