Title and Summary

Manager, Business Strategy & Operations

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager to join our AP Services Strategy & Business Management team in Singapore.

Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Services for Asia Pacific, this role will partner closely with Services' leadership and cross-functional teams to support on and manage strategic initiatives.

The Services team comprises of two customer value-adding teams - Data & Services (D&S) and Cyber & Intelligence (C&I).


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with crossfunctional business leaders to prepare and develop business reviews and related materials for leadership teams. Highlighting progress towards goals, risks, mitigants, dependencies and support required
  • Own endtoend PMO process for strong execution of key Services projects and initiatives, while overseeing progress of projects the team is working on to keep projects against its agreed timelines
  • Close collaboration with Finance team to track and forecast revenue progress and sales performance, providing actionable insights to Services leadership team to ensure product and sales teams are progressing against targets
  • Enhance sales effectiveness by organizing business development team planning sessions, updating sales materials, consolidating internal knowledge documents and overseeing internal quarterly sales challenges
  • Manage and prioritize crossfunctional strategic priorities to inform corporate development activities from building strategy to identifying and evaluating potential opportunities
  • Organize activities to enhance team engagement across Services, including those who are based out of Singapore and in Divisions
  • Plan seamless and effective communication across Services organization, e.g., town halls, newsletters
  • Handle and manage special projects and adhoc incoming requests
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Able to synthesize data from multiple sources to provide insightful findings
  • Sound business judgment, forward thinking and capability to deliver creative approaches that drive business objectives
  • Excellent negotiation and project management skills
  • Strong focus on execution with ability to work independently across multiple projects/initiatives while delivering on deadlines
  • Able to foster a culture of collaboration among team members and guide team to achieve their goals
  • Excellent people skills with ability to build relationships and interact effectively across various levels in organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated selfdirection in overcoming team conflict or communication problems

Requirements:


  • A selfstarter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo
  • Experienced in managing a team to ensure that the team has resources and support needed to succeed
  • Motivated to interact with senior management and get exposed to setting regional strategies and priorities
  • Passionate about driving results
