About the role:
E-Commerce has developed into our most significant channel for Dyson globally, and this is especially true in Singapore. Our success in the region will largely depend on our rapid scaling of these online businesses. Our distributor markets are split into clusters of countries. This role will be responsible for the development and profitability of the eCommerce business (Brand website) in Singapore.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build ecommerce calendar, assortment, new launches and strategies via marketplace ecommerce teams & local head of departments
- Responsible for all forecasting and planning, online merchandising, etc
- Responsible for managing, executing & optimizing the daytoday ecommerce operations
- Own the reporting and analysis of key KPIs, keeping stakeholders and leadership abreast of performance
- Track sales and review orders daily. Monitor key ecommerce levers (conversion rates, bounce rates, ATC, clickthrough rates) to maximize site efficiency and sales potential
- Work closely with customer services to ensure Dyson is providing a firstclass Dyson experience for all customers who shop via our online channels
- Work with CRM to launch & monitor ROI of campaigns driving to site e
g E-mail campaigns:
define frequency, offers, segments, etc.
- Grow owners base through identifying external acquisition options e.g. sampling campaigns driving to site, Onlineoffline integration campaigns
About you (Skills & Experiences):
- 48 years of experience in SEA across eCommerce and other sales roles. Some of which must be with a strong electronics/consumer multinational brand or local pureplay sites with a proven track record
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- An achiever, motivated by breaking new grounds and creating a business from scratch
- Delivery focused and prepared to roll up sleeves to make things happen
- Thrives in a fastpaced & dynamic environment
- Passionate about eCommerce & the opportunities it brings to drive traffic & sales
- Demonstrated sales management, and strategic marketing capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & secure buyin
- Good communication skills, both written & verbal
- Fluency in English
