Overview

  • You are the connection between our business partners and the IT teams and you secure well reflected business processes and high applicaton adoption.
  • Open and trustworthy collaboration with teams from different business & IT areas will be important part of your job.
  • You will be part of an international team where you will be able to work in an agile environment and contribute to international Global Sales & Service projects.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage functional requirements and business expectations
  • Ensure regional/ country processes are aligned with global standards
  • Work actively on the continuous optimization of system functionalities to support sales & marketing processes
  • Work with all stakeholders to identify, define, interpret and clarify scope of business issues and system requirements for CRM, CPRQ, Global Quote Approval
  • Manage ongoing field support of the global CRM and CPQ solutions

Qualification/ Experience/ Knowledlge/ Skills

  • Background in Sales and/ or Marketing, conceptual know how
  • Considerable knowledge and expertise in the conduction of projects
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to independently deliver projects toward given timelines
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
  • Motivated to work proactively, develop and propose new ideas and ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to develop good working relationships, with internal colleagues and business partners
  • Readiness to work and integarate within an international and multicultural team
  • Confident and compeling presentation attitude
  • Willingness to travel
  • A colaborative team player with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Driving towards results, take action and find prioritizations
  • Consumer centric mindset and open for new technologies
