Description
Payroll process with HR System

  • Payroll checking for Malaysia
  • CPF submissions
  • Year End IR8A filing


  • Tax Clearance IR2

  • Check and oversee of employment agreements and letters
  • Planning of doctors' roster and shift cover during last minute absence with CMO
  • Prepare HR slides for HOD meetings biweekly
  • Generating monthly HR report
  • Make recommendations on job hires and manpower requirements
  • Responsible for budgeting and manpower cost analysis
  • Posting of job advertisements on various Job Portals
  • Maintaining and filing of Employee Pfiles
  • Incharge of Group Insurance renewals
  • Improvise and update employee orientation and issue uniforms when applicable
  • Update Job descriptions
  • To maintain Salary benchmark data
  • Engage Employee Satisfactory Survey
  • Update Employee Handbook
  • Improve and update HR SOP
  • Involve in ECG and Finance Audit for data/ info tabulation when required
  • Conduct Performance Review, consolidate and recommend for any increment/promotion vice versa
  • Work with department head to come up with employee progression chart
  • Monthly Medical team meeting slides consolidation and conduct presentation
  • Incharge of company croppass issuing
  • Submission of any government grant and any claims
  • Tracking Staff loan for payroll purpose
  • Oversee Malaysia HR personnel
  • Labour law compliance
  • Application of MOH clinic licences, NEA licences and URA Change of Use
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned by higher management

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in human resources management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managerial role
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Salary:
$4, $5,500.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Weekend availability
