Description

in-charge of controlling the integrity of the BIM model based on BEP and BIP requirement.

In-charge mainly on BIM manager and Collaboration on all trades such as Architectural, Structural and M&E.

In-charge of VDC presentation including BIM Progress Report and Clash Detection report

In-charge of troubleshooting Revit technical issues

In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions with emphasis on project sheet setup

Familiar with Singapore BIM guide and Singapore BIM Particular Condition by BCA and its implementation

Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on Project Needs and Requirement.

Prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

To have good understanding of the project requirements and ensure its delivery.
