Supply Chain Associate Manager - Portfolio & Data Analytics (Consumer Health Supply Chain)

Role Overview:

The Supply Chain Associate Manager - Portfolio & Data Analytics will be responsible for managing investment and savings portfolio, building end-to end supply chain data analytical tool and capability, conducting data analysis, generating insights, and leading key workstreams within Asia Pacific supply chain teams.


This role, require interactions with both regional and local team members, will plays an essential part to shape the business agenda on both profitability and growth.


Success is only possible with:

  • Good understanding of FMCG business and portfolio management
  • Possess analytical skill and ability to enjoy data mining/ report analysis. Ability to perform root cause analysis with recommendation of resolution
  • Strong expertise in Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SQL, PowerQuery is essential to be successful in this role.
  • Driver of change with a disruptive mindset but maintaining the ability to engage and gain credibility
  • Ability to interact and build relationship at all levels of the organization, similarly comfortable with directors and executives' level
  • Experience managing ambiguity and providing clarity for teams

Illustrative Responsibilities:


  • Manage APAC Supply Chain portfolio reporting and analytics provide clear visibility on status, progress tracking, and sufficiency to meet goals and affordability (budget, resource) to execute the portfolio. Build and leverage tools to enable leaders to make the right portfolio choice
  • Lead and facilitate monthly regional portfolio governance meeting with Franchise to review investment and gross profitability of the overall portfolio
  • Participate in endtoend Supply Chain Programs to optimize Cost, Inventory and Service parameters
  • Build data analytical model to identify opportunities for portfolio prioritization, and value creation
  • Work closely with the regional and local project leads to develop and deploy standard processes and toolkits for the business model optimization program, including building organizational capabilities to support those initiatives (e.g., cost benchmarking, portfolio optimization, network optimization etc.)
  • Coordinate tasks to ensure initiatives are being implemented in a timely manner.
  • Work hand in hand with market operating team, commercial finance, and supply chain finance
  • Lead and build data analytical capabilities within the organization through driving Community of Practice
Qualifications


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business management and/or Engineering
  • 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain (Plan, Make, Deliver), business data analysis
  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience in Logistics, Supply/ demand planning, Manufacturing, or Finance
  • Experience in building data analytical capability and leading data community of practice
  • Experience in data modeling, visualization tool (e.g., R, Python, Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
