Regional HR Ops Leader - Start-up Energy Company - Singapore

One of the regional start-up Energy companies is looking for HR Operation Leader, which will make a significant impact to their organization proficiency and employee experience across Asia.

With this exciting and unique opportunity, you will be the sound advisor to the C-Suite management on HR related matters.

As the key member of the team, you will work with a high energy team and interact with senior business and functional stakeholders.

In return, you will be rewarded with attractive package up to SGD 150,000 per annum.

You will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing HR operational strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's overall business objectives
Managing employee data and records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Enhancing HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You are required to have:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations or related roles, preferably with some years in a leadership position and startup exposure
Solid knowledge of different employment laws and regulations across the regions
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to engage stakeholders across all levels.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$10, $12,000.00 per month
