Regional HR Ops Leader - Start-up Energy Company - Singapore
One of the regional start-up Energy companies is looking for HR Operation Leader, which will make a significant impact to their organization proficiency and employee experience across Asia.
With this exciting and unique opportunity, you will be the sound advisor to the C-Suite management on HR related matters.
As the key member of the team, you will work with a high energy team and interact with senior business and functional stakeholders.
In return, you will be rewarded with attractive package up to SGD 150,000 per annum.You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing HR operational strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's overall business objectives
- Managing employee data and records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Enhancing HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
You are required to have:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations or related roles, preferably with some years in a leadership position and startup exposure
- Solid knowledge of different employment laws and regulations across the regions
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to engage stakeholders across all levels.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$10, $12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
