We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our call center team as a Customer Care Officer/Team Lead.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Handling outbound calls on payment related to hospital bills
  • General customer service duties

Job Requirements:


  • Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • Proactive, committed and selfmotivated
  • Positive team player who is also able to work independently

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$2, $3,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus
