Description

Deployment

  • Manage and supervise security officers' deployment on all sites through CCTV and Attendance System.
  • Ensure that attendance is recorded and actions are taken due to absent, lateness etc. and raising officers' issues on Leave etc
  • Managing of security system and monitor CCTV and respond in accordance to incident as required

Administration

  • Handle calls from security officers and clients and direct to the right department with minimum supervision.
  • Liaise with Payroll department on officers' salary issues
  • Ensure that security documents are handle in accordance to SOPs accurately.
  • Incident Management
  • Raised incident cases and report in the incident management system. To ensure that all reports are promptly, accurately maintained, and in accordance with PLRD procedures and policies.
  • To report all incidents to management in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Any adhoc duties as assigned by Superior and/or Management

Requirements:


  • At least Senior Security Officer (SSO) rank & above
  • At least 1year experience preferably in the security industry
  • Must have understanding of operational or security management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A Team player with strong management, communication, analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office
